Have bib, will travel! Review of Nuby Catch All Bib

When the lovely people at Nuby sent us these 'Catch All' bibs to review, I was rather excited because the current scoop style bibs that T uses are too bulky to pack up and take out and about with us.

These Nuby ones fold up really small and flat so I found I could easily tuck them into the changing bag and take them everywhere with me.

They have been particularly handy over the past week when we have been away on holiday. Last time we went to Sands, I had to take a bulky supply of fabric bibs with me to last us several days. This time, however, I just took one single Nuby Catch All bib and that was perfect to save space for the packing. I was able to just give it a wipe with a baby wipe or damp cloth after each meal.

What we love about these bibs is that they come in a range of great designs. We were sent two designs to try out. I also love that they are waterproof so nothing soaks through them. The Velcro closure is really strong so T was unable to pull the bib off as she sometimes does with other Velcro bibs.

It has a pocket at the base of the bib which is intended to catch spills, crumbs and pieces of food. We found that initially this stayed flat against the rest of the bib and so didn't catch very much at all. After a few uses though it started to sag a little making it easier to stay open and then it did catch some of the food.

It isn't as effective at 'catching all' as a scoop style bib where the scoop keeps its shape but as a waterproof bib that covers a large area of clothing it is excellent.

It is suitable from 3 months and is available from Nuby currently on offer at the fantastic price of £2.00 (normally £3.99 but as always please check price at time of purchase yourself).

For us it has become a must have item for out and about and on holiday!

Disclosure: As Nuby bloggers we were sent these bibs free of charge to keep for the purposes of reviewing them. No payment has been received for this post. All opinions are our own honest opinions.
